🚀 Musk and his subordinates in DOGE are considered special government employees, and Sherrill believes they should meet the same standards as other officials, including undergoing drug testing.
🧑⚖️ Musk’s lawyer stated that the billionaire regularly undergoes drug testing at SpaceX and has never failed one.
📉 Despite Sherrill’s initiative, the bill has little chance of being passed in the near future, as control over Congress and the White House is held by Republicans.
