The idea was proposed by Irish businessman Eoghan McCabe, CEO of Intercom. He planned grants of $10,000 for each mural, totaling $500,000.
Musk supported the initiative, stating, “I will contribute $1 million,” exceeding the project’s initial budget. The murals are planned to be placed in prominent locations in American cities.
