What the limits will be at “Ukrposhta” for cash payouts at branches
- The maximum amount of payment operations per calendar month is UAH 100,000.
- The maximum number of payment operations within one calendar month is 10.
Limits for cash-on-delivery with payout to a bank card These same limits, it is emphasized, will remain at their previous level – and, it is claimed, they will be “sufficient for anyone who does not conduct entrepreneurial activity.” Specifically:
- The maximum amount of payment operations within one day will be UAH 29,999.
- The maximum number of payment operations within one day is 50.
- The maximum amount of payment operations within one calendar month is UAH 250,000.
- The maximum number of payment operations within one calendar month is 500.
What preceded this Earlier, information appeared online about “Ukrposhta”‘s intention to change customer service rules starting July 1. The innovations were allegedly supposed to apply to the sum of cash-on-delivery operations.
However, “Ukrposhta” itself told OBOZ.UA that the limits are already in effect. They stated that the total payout limit for cash-on-delivery transfers to an individual and/or the actual recipient is UAH 300,000 per quarter. They clarified that the limits:
- Apply to sums when cash-on-delivery transfers are paid out to an individual and/or the actual recipient.
They concern the services “Ukrposhta Express”, “Ukrposhta Standard”, “Bulky or Heavy Shipment”.
“The limits are already in effect,” the company stated.
