Ukraine has updated the criteria for identifying critically important enterprises that are subject to reservation for the needs of the Armed Forces. The list now includes companies involved in military cargo, equipment repair and maintenance, as well as defense procurement.

The new category includes enterprises engaged in:
- Transportation of military cargo;
- Repair and technical maintenance of weapons;
- Operation and servicing of military and specialized equipment;
- Handling of ammunition and its components;
- Procurement of defense-related goods.
As Deputy Minister Vitaliy Kindrativ noted, this decision supports the entire supply chain for the army — from logistics to technical servicing. The status of a critically important enterprise guarantees stable working conditions, priority access to resources, the possibility of reserving employees, and reduced risk of operational stoppages.
Thus, the state ensures the effective functioning of the Armed Forces and creates conditions for the development of the domestic defense services and technology market.
