🗣️ This was stated by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense, Dmytro Lazutkin, during a telemarathon broadcast. According to him, compliance with laws is a key value of society, especially during martial law.
📜 Persons who do not undergo the MMC on time fall under Article 210 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, which implies the possibility of a fine.
🏥 At the same time, Lazutkin clarified that in case of a valid reason — such as hospitalization — it is necessary to notify the territorial recruitment and social support center (TRSSC) in advance.
🔁 Repeated MMC is mandatory for those recognized as limited fit by May 4, 2024. People with disabilities are not subject to this requirement.
