🇺🇦 Martial law and general mobilization are ongoing in Ukraine. Every citizen liable for military service may receive a summons from the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TRC and SSC) and is obligated to appear at the specified time.

⚠️ Failure to appear upon receiving a summons carries legal consequences — the type of responsibility depends on the nature of the summons:
📄 1. Summons for data verification or medical examination (Military Medical Commission):
Administrative liability applies.
The fine ranges from 17,000 to 25,000 UAH.
The process begins with notifying the police and putting the violator on the wanted list.
If a person is already on the wanted list, the Reserve+ app will display a note stating “military registration violation detected.” During document checks, such individuals may be taken to the TRC and SSC.
🚨 2. Combat summons (for conscription into the military):
Ignoring this type of summons results in criminal liability.
Penalty — up to 5 years in prison.
Data on non-appearance are submitted to the police to issue a wanted notice and open a criminal case.
🩺 Exceptions:
If there is a valid reason for not appearing (e.g., undergoing surgery), the summons may be rescheduled.
