🔹 The lawyer of Ukraine’s fifth president, Petro Poroshenko, Illia Novikov, stated that the current president, Volodymyr Zelensky, has blocked his client’s ability to participate in the elections.

💰 According to Novikov, the sanctions impose a ban on any transactions for Poroshenko, making it impossible for him to open an account required for presidential candidate registration.
⚡️ He also noted that the “coal case” is entirely fabricated and that the sanctions aim not only to bar Poroshenko from the elections but also to confiscate assets, including Roshen.
