In Odesa region, during mobilization notification measures, a man attacked servicemen of one of the district Territorial Recruitment Centers. This was reported by the regional TCC.

The incident occurred on January 13 in the city of Izmail. During a document check, the man pulled out a screwdriver and began behaving aggressively, attempting to attack the military personnel.
After that, the attacker fled the scene by jumping into a car. The driver of the vehicle who helped the attacker escape has already been detained by law enforcement.
A criminal case has been opened over the attack under Article 114 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigative actions are currently ongoing to identify all those involved in the crime and bring them to justice.
The TCC emphasized that an attack on a serviceman while performing official duties under martial law is a serious crime, and every such case will receive an appropriate legal assessment.
