In Ukraine, gas tariffs will remain unchanged at least until April 30, 2026. Starting September 1, the price will be 7.96 UAH per cubic meter and can only be revised if the moratorium is lifted.

Gas reserves in July reached 9 billion cubic meters, which is 29.2% storage capacity — a record low. However, injection rates have significantly increased this year: in June, the average daily volume was 44.7 million cubic meters, even exceeding optimistic scenarios.
The electricity tariff is also fixed — 4.32 UAH per kWh — and will remain unchanged until October 31, 2025. At the same time, Ukrainians can install multi-zone meters to reduce costs: at night, from 23:00 to 07:00, the tariff is 2.16 UAH per kWh, which is 50% cheaper.
Despite rumors of a possible tariff increase, there are currently no serious discussions of such scenarios. After the war, a gradual phase-out of electricity subsidies for all consumers under the PSO system is planned.
