Fines can be imposed for many reasons, and a separate administrative case is created for each violation. Whether a military-eligible person can be fined multiple times at once is explained in the OBOZ.UA article.

Can multiple fines be issued at once?

A military-eligible person can have several administrative offenses recorded simultaneously.

At the same time, there will be only one fine — for the most serious offense, said Serhiy Myakenkyi, head of the legal service of the Kherson Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, a justice major, during the telemarathon broadcast.

If a citizen commits several violations at once, for example: did not update data by July 16, 2024, did not appear following a summons, and also did not undergo a repeated military-medical commission (MMC) by June 5 — each is recorded separately.

This is provided for by Article 36 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the military official said.

However, “the administrative penalty is imposed within the sanction of the most significant offense,” added Serhiy Myakenkyi.

So, even if there are several violations, there will be only one fine.

“Considering that the minimum fine under both Article 210 and Article 210¹ of the Code of Administrative Offenses is the same — 17,000 hryvnias, only one penalty will be imposed, even if several offenses are recorded simultaneously,” said the military recruitment center official.
