What clients should do:
- Contact the bank and officially request an explanation for the blocking;
- Provide all documents confirming the source of funds;
- In case of prolonged and unjustified blocking, file a complaint with the National Bank.
Financial experts advise avoiding unusual transactions, using transparent sources of income, and keeping supporting documents to reduce the risk of blocking.
