📬 According to him, it is technically possible to be removed from the wanted list without being physically present at the TRC — for example, by sending a registered letter requesting removal from the “Oberih” registry. However, in practice, resolving the issue remotely is often difficult.
🛑 The lawyer notes that being listed as wanted may be the result of a technical error or misunderstanding. Nevertheless, refusals or new summonses are common even in such cases.
