In the Kharkiv Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center, it was reported that a conscripted man who fell from a third-floor window of the administrative building was attempting to escape.

According to official information, the man fell from the window while trying to leave the premises without permission. As a result of the fall, he sustained injuries to his limbs, ribs, and head. Medical assistance was provided, and he was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
The Center emphasized that, based on preliminary investigation results, the center’s staff did not commit any unlawful actions against the man.
“The situation was the result of the citizen’s careless and reckless behavior, who, in trying to avoid fulfilling his military duty, endangered his own life,” the agency stated.
The center also urged the public and media representatives to verify information before sharing and to refrain from spreading unverified or manipulative messages.
