📲 Diia.Card can be issued via partner bank apps. This will allow the government to effectively control the targeted use of funds.
👩💼 Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko emphasized that the service will become a key, transparent, and convenient channel for distributing government money both for citizens and the state.
💬 Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov highlighted that with Diia.Card, there will no longer be a need to open separate accounts for each benefit — multiple state programs can be combined in one tool.
🏦 Diia.Card is a digital bank card available through partner banks: PrivatBank, A-Bank, Acordbank, Globus Bank, Monobank. Soon, Bank Credit Dnipro, Sense Bank, and Bank 3/4 will join.
🎯 The main goal of the card is to provide Ukrainians convenient access to all forms of government aid while simultaneously controlling the targeted use of funds.
📚 The first program already operating through the card is eBook. Later, payments will be available for programs such as eBaby, Veteran Sports, School Package, pensions, unemployment benefits, cash support for internally displaced persons, military bonds, scholarships, social services, and even salaries.
🔒 Each program will have clear spending restrictions — for example, the “School Package” can only be spent on school supplies, and “Veteran Sports” only on sports services. This minimizes fraud and ensures transparency.
📱 The card can already be issued via a bank’s mobile app, even if you are not currently using government programs. Its functionality will expand, with possible updates following legislative changes.
⚡ Fedorov promised that soon Diia.Card will become the main way to receive government payments in Ukraine.
