💸 Ukrainians who are abroad and have violated military registration rules face fines ranging from 17,000 to 25,500 UAH. These can be paid through the mobile app Reserve+ with a 50% discount, but failure to pay may result in the blocking of bank accounts in Ukraine.

⚖️ Reasons for fines from the TRC:
- not registered for military service;
- not registered at the place of work/study;
- failure to appear at the TRC when summoned;
- ignoring a referral to a military medical commission (MMC);
- failure to report a change of residence;
- loss or damage of a military document;
- failure to update registration data by July 17, 2024.
📍 Even if you are abroad, this does not exempt you from responsibility. Lawyers advise monitoring notifications in the Reserve+ and Diia apps.
💳 How to pay the fine in Reserve+:
- Submit an application acknowledging the violation.
- Receive a fine order.
- Pay through the app — with a 50% discount within 20 days.
- The order will close automatically.
🔒 If you do not pay:
- the case will be sent to the enforcement service;
- after 2–3 months, bank accounts may be blocked;
- your data will enter the Unified Debtors Register;
- upon trying to return to Ukraine — possible detention at the border and delivery to the TRC.
🧭 Lawyers urge people not to ignore the new rules to avoid financial and legal problems.
