📃 This is stated in the decree of the President of Ukraine. The status will be processed through the “Diia” platform after submitting an application and the necessary documents.
✅ To be classified as critical, an enterprise must meet at least three of the following criteria:
💰 Payment of taxes and fees of at least €1.5 million per reporting year.
💶 Foreign currency revenue of at least €32 million per year.
🏭 Strategic importance to the state or fulfillment of mobilization tasks.
📉 No outstanding debts to the state budget.
👥 A workforce of at least 250 employees.
📈 An average salary not lower than the regional average for the previous quarter.
🔎 Enterprises that obtain critical status will be verified by the central executive authority or regional military administration.
🚨 If discrepancies are found, the status may be revoked. In such cases, the company will be unable to reapply for employee reservations for six months.
🌍 Ukrainians abroad will be able to obtain mobilization exemptions remotely and secure employment in Ukraine. To facilitate this, Unity Hub centers are being established in countries with large Ukrainian populations to help professionals integrate into the Ukrainian labor market.
