📄 Brusylо clarified that the new agreement does not include security guarantees for Ukraine from the U.S. Ukraine has already received the revised text of the agreement through diplomatic channels. However, he noted that this document differs from the previous one, so additional internal procedures for approval and analysis from all perspectives are needed.
🔍 According to him, the agreement has become significantly larger and is no longer just a framework. Therefore, it is important to gather the opinions of all interested government bodies, ministries, and agencies for its evaluation. In addition, the agreement must align with Ukraine’s national interests, be compatible with the Constitution and laws, and not hinder progress towards the EU.
🇺🇦 Brusylо also noted that the agreement should not contradict Ukraine’s integration into the European Union, and NATO issues were not raised in this document. Accordingly, Kyiv continues to work on creating a mutually acceptable agreement with the U.S.
