💼 MPs from “European Solidarity” Victoria Syumar, Volodymyr Ariev, Akhtem Chiygoz, and Volodymyr Vyatrovych have appealed to the State Financial Monitoring Service (SFM) for the second time to clarify the reasons behind the submission of the head of the agency, Mykola Pronin, to the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) regarding sanctions against Petro Poroshenko.

🏢 However, Pronin was not at his workplace, and only the head of the legal department confirmed that the SFM is authorized to provide information solely to law enforcement agencies, not to the Cabinet of Ministers or the NSDC.
⚠️ According to Syumar, Pronin had no right to initiate sanctions as this falls under criminal liability. She also emphasized that the submission, based on which the sanctions were imposed, is illegal.
🔍 Volodymyr Vyatrovych added that employees of the legal department had no knowledge of the documents that formed the basis for the sanctions, and the process was carried out bypassing the proper procedures.
🇺🇦 Syumar pointed out that sanctions could be imposed on any Ukrainian this way, creating a dangerous reality.
🔗 Volodymyr Ariev stressed that violating democratic principles harms Ukraine’s integration processes with the EU and NATO and added that they had submitted an official request to the leadership of the SFM for a meeting to clarify the circumstances.
