📌 Previously, this option was available only to individuals with disabilities registered with the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) and possessing the corresponding pension certificate.
👨🎓 The “Reserve+” app also allows deferral for students, postgraduates, doctoral candidates, parents of three or more children under 18 in a joint marriage, and individuals with disabilities who have a PFU pension certificate.
📝 How to apply for a deferral in “Reserve+”?
- Open the app’s main menu and tap the three dots.
- Select the option “Submit a deferral request.”
- Choose the appropriate category and wait for a notification on the result.
📑 If the necessary data is missing from the registry, applicants must visit the Social Protection Office at their place of residence and provide proof of disability along with an identity document.
⏳ The update aims to reduce bureaucracy and save time for citizens.
💬 “Deferrals for people with disabilities through ‘Reserve+’ were among the most requested features. We are working to make all types of deferrals available online,” said Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko.
📅 By the end of the year, “Reserve+” will offer deferrals under 35 legislative provisions, with two new categories becoming available by May 8.
