🇺🇦 Зеленський: Україна та США по-різному оцінюють наміри Росії щодо завершення війни

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Ukraine would not have reliable guarantees without Russia and mentioned the Istanbul agreements. Kyiv rejected this initiative since it effectively gave Moscow a veto right.

Zelensky also confirmed his readiness to meet with Putin, but not in Moscow or Budapest. As possible venues, he named neutral European countries — Switzerland or Austria — as well as Turkey, where delegation talks had already taken place.
