Ukraine has managed to restore the European Union’s trust after the attempt to undermine the independence of NABU and SAP, reported European Parliament rapporteur on Ukraine, Michael Haller.

According to him, the issue regarding NABU and SAP is considered closed, but the EU will remain vigilant regarding further developments. “Trust has been restored, but we will certainly not give a blank check,” Haller emphasized.
He also added that the European Union will monitor competitions for key positions and will continue to do so after the formal launch of the first cluster of reforms.
