Last week, the agency, citing six unnamed sources, reported that U.S. intelligence services are warning about Putin’s intentions to establish full control over Ukraine and former Soviet republics.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told journalists that Moscow cannot assess the reliability of the sources cited by Reuters. He added that even if the information proves to be accurate, the conclusions of U.S. intelligence are incorrect.
“This is absolutely not true,” Peskov emphasized, rejecting the assessment of U.S. intelligence services.
