📢 Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan reported that moscow has expressed readiness for a third round of negotiations with Ukraine. He made this statement after a conversation with russian foreign minister sergey lavrov, according to Anadolu Agency.

📞 “The russians said they are ready for a third round of negotiations. We are now waiting for a response from the Ukrainian side, and our contacts with them continue,” Fidan noted.
⚖️ According to him, moscow insists on resolving a number of issues before the dialogue can begin. The Turkish minister added that the negotiating teams still need to work out the conditions to achieve a concrete result.
🌐 Turkey has long played the role of mediator between the parties and emphasizes the need for a diplomatic resolution to the war.
