📄 “The russians’ fear of sending their ‘memorandum’ to Ukraine indicates that it is likely filled with unrealistic ultimatums, and they are afraid to reveal they are the ones stalling the peace process. If that’s not the case—they should immediately approve the document, as Minister Andriy Sybiha said, and stop playing these games,” Tykhyi noted.
🎭 The MFA added that such behavior by the russian federation may signal an intent to make the next meeting fruitless.
