Men aged 18 to 60 can travel abroad if they have a disability of group I, II, or III. The right to travel also applies to those who accompany citizens with disabilities, including men caring for a wife with any disability group.

A similar provision applies to those caring for parents or parents-in-law with disability group I or II, as well as for people requiring constant care.

The law separately covers parents and legal guardians of children with disabilities: parents, guardians, caregivers, named parents, and foster parents of children under 18, as well as parents of adult children with disability group I or II.

The right to travel also extends to guardians of persons with disabilities, ensuring the ability to provide care and accompaniment abroad.
