During the “Ramstein” meeting, Ukraine and its allies agreed on new contributions and military aid packages totaling over $1.1 billion.

Specifically, new contributions to the PURL initiative amounted to at least $422 million, with more than half of NATO member countries having already made or pledged them. An additional $715 million is allocated for purchases from the Ukrainian industry.
Among the specific contributions:
- Norway — $600 million for UAVs, electronic warfare systems, and explosives;
- Netherlands — $106 million for strike and reconnaissance drones;
- Canada — $8 million for interceptor drones;
- Iceland — $4 million under the “Danish model.”
Regarding military aid:
- Sweden pledged $8 billion for Ukraine’s security support in 2026–2027;
- Czechia — a new package of $72 million;
- Canada — $20 million for winter gear and missile components;
- Portugal — $12 million to the UK IFU fund;
- Finland is preparing its 13th military aid package.
Ukraine’s Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal thanked colleagues from the United Kingdom and Germany for their leadership in conducting the “Ramstein” meetings, as well as NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, and all participating countries for their contribution to saving lives and advancing sustainable peace.
