The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a bill that provides expanded social guarantees for affected participants of the Revolution of Dignity and members of the families of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred. This was reported by Member of Parliament Oleksiy Honcharenko.

Key provisions of the document include:
Medical assistance: free dental prosthetics (excluding products made of precious metals), provision of prostheses, rehabilitation, medicines, and medical products under state programs;
Education and employment: support for professional adaptation and training in vocational schools, colleges, and universities;
Social protection: utility discounts — 100% for affected persons with disabilities, 75% for other affected persons, and 50% for non-working members of the families of the deceased;
Transport: free travel on urban and suburban transport, as well as discounts or free intercity travel depending on status;
Financial support: increased pensions or lifetime assistance amounting to 25–50% of the subsistence minimum, as well as an annual payment for Independence Day.
The bill will be submitted for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
