🚨 The bill stipulates that sanction circumvention — whether intentional or due to negligence — will be considered a criminal offense. Its main goal is to combat financial fraud and aid to sanctioned individuals.
💰 Key provisions of the document:
Fines: from UAH 425,000 to UAH 2.04 million;
Imprisonment: from 2 to 10 years;
A violation is considered a crime if it exceeds UAH 151,400;
Additional sanctions: prohibition from engaging in professional activity for up to 15 years, possible property confiscation;
Liability for legal entities: from fines and confiscation to liquidation of companies.
🔍 In addition to sanctioned individuals, third parties who assist in sanction circumvention are also subject to punishment.
