⚠️ JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon issued a sharp warning regarding President Donald Trump’s tariff policy. According to him, it could lead to price increases, contribute to a recession in the global economy, and weaken the global position of the United States.

📉 “Recent tariffs are likely to contribute to inflation and may increase the likelihood of a recession,” said Dimon in his annual letter to shareholders. He added that while it is still unknown whether this will lead to a recession, these measures will certainly slow down economic growth.
🌍 Dimon emphasized that the “extraordinary positions” of the U.S. on the world stage are based on economic, military strength, and moral principles. However, Trump’s tariffs and foreign policy strategy of “America First” could undermine these positions.
💥 “If the military and economic alliances of the Western world begin to fall apart, this will inevitably lead to the weakening of the United States over time,” Dimon stated.
📉 Despite the recent decline in the stock market, he noted that stock prices could drop further. “Even after the recent decrease, the market remains relatively high. These powerful factors make us stay cautious,” Dimon concluded.
