American billionaire Elon Musk holds the position of senior advisor to U.S. President Donald Trump but does not have official authority to make government decisions.

🔹 A White House statement, signed by Administrative Director Joshua Fisher, states that Musk can only advise the president and relay presidential directives.
🔹 Like other advisors, he has no formal or actual governing powers.
🔹 It was also confirmed that Musk is not an employee of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) or any temporary DOGE service in the U.S.
This statement was provided as part of a lawsuit against Musk filed by the state of New Mexico and aims to clarify his status within the U.S. government.
