📰 According to Bloomberg and CBS News, one of Trump’s advisers stated that after significant efforts to achieve peace, the U.S. will not back away from this goal.
💼 The adviser explained that while the U.S. may increase pressure on Kyiv, it does not mean Ukraine must change its president. However, this situation may involve a review of the assistance provided to Ukraine.
🔍 Victoria Coates from the Heritage Foundation added that the review of aid will not hinder future negotiations. “There may be consequences, but it will not prevent talks,” she said.
🇺🇦 Overall, although some of Trump’s allies have urged Zelensky to resign, Trump himself has no doubts about his role as Ukraine’s leader. According to officials, there have been no discussions regarding a potential removal of Zelensky.
