From now on, conscripts can receive a referral for the Military Medical Commission (VLC) online without visiting the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC). A new feature has been added to the “Reserve+” mobile application.

🔹 Previously, obtaining a referral required a personal visit to the TCC, but now it is enough to submit a request online.
🔹 The application allows users to view details such as the referral number, the medical facility’s address, and the registration date.
🔹 This applies to voluntary VLC examinations. If a conscript has received a summons, they must visit the TCC in person.
🔹 After the medical commission, a second visit to the TCC is not required—the results are automatically transferred to the “Oberig” registry.
🔹 The referral is valid for 30 days, after which a new request can be submitted.
Despite digitalization, the option to obtain a paper referral at the TCC remains available. Additionally, VLC summons are still issued exclusively in paper form.
